14 days from the date of purchase. We use the timestamp on your receipt, and we're not going to argue with you about time zones.
Email admin@safepasswordgenerator.net from the address you used at checkout (or include your receipt), say you'd like a refund, and that's the entire process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Payments on this site are processed by Stripe, with Link acting as the merchant of record; your charge appears on your statement as LINK.COM* SAFEPASSWORDGEN. You can request a refund from us directly (fastest), or through Link's own order support. Either route works; we honor both.
We don't claw back the files. Digital goods can't be "returned," so if you refund, the PDF you downloaded is yours to keep or delete as you see fit. We'd rather trust people than build enforcement for a $9 product. If that trust gets abused at scale we may revisit this policy, but the 14-day promise for honest buyers will stand.
Refunding doesn't remove your consumer rights under local law, and nothing here limits any longer statutory withdrawal or refund rights that may apply where you live. If a product has a factual error, tell us even if you don't want a refund; corrections ship free to every buyer.
